In 2020, Nancy made a significant career move, leaving the “westside” (Seattle) to become the General Manager of one of Walla Walla’s premier properties. With a wealth of experience managing sales and events for upscale hotels and resorts in the Pacific Northwest, she also served as the Vice President of a premier Destination Management company in Seattle.

Nancy concluded her illustrious career as the General Manager of the iconic Marcus Whitman Hotel in 2023. Driven by her desire to blend over 25 years of hospitality sales expertise, extensive connections, and a passion for Walla Walla, she founded Destination Walla Walla. Recognizing the need for additional services to complement conventions, meetings and board retreats in the region, Nancy and affiliated partners aim to provide unparalleled support.
